1. If the electric hoist is newly installed or installed after inspection, it shall be tested several times without any vehicle. However, before the completion of the installation, do not power trial.

2. Before normal use, a 10-minute static load test should be carried out with rated load of 125%, lifting about 100 mm above the ground, to check whether it is normal.

3. The dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight, repeated lifting and left-right movement test. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part are normal and reliable.

4. When in use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an environment where it is not allowed and in excess of the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).

5. During installation, debugging and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limiting device is flexible and reliable. When the hook reaches the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm(10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook falls to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the steel wire rope on the reel should be guaranteed, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 circles.

6. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions at the same time.

7. After the work is finished, the main switch of the power supply must be opened and the power supply must be cut off.

8. The electric hoist should be controlled by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation rules.

9. In use, it is necessary to check the electric hoist regularly by specialized personnel, and take timely measures to find faults and record them carefully.

10. When adjusting the braking slippage of the electric hoist, the braking slippage S shall be less than or equal to V/100 under the rated load (V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under the load).

11. Scrap standard of steel wire rope: the inspection and scrap standard of steel wire rope shall be implemented in accordance with CB/ t5972-1986 "practical code for inspection and scrap of steel wire rope for hoisting machinery".

12. The electric hoist must keep enough lubricating oil in use and keep the oil clean without impurities and dirt.

13. The steel wire rope shall be oiled with a stiff brush or a small piece of wood. It is strictly prohibited to oil the steel wire rope that is working by hand.

14. When the electric hoist is not working, the weight is not allowed to be suspended in the air to prevent the parts from permanent deformation.

15. In the process of use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.

16. Special attention should be paid to wearing parts in use.

17.10~20 tons of hoist may be automatically cut off after a long period of continuous operation, which belongs to the overheating protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be lowered. After a period of time, the motor can continue to work after cooling down.
